Oracle Research Reveals Challenges Faced by Telcos in Servicing and Retaining Customers

Oracle released research which shows that a lack of integration between teams and systems is hampering the ability of telecommunications companies to retain and serve customers effectively. The research, conducted by Vanson Bourne, questioned 45 senior customer management executives at telecommunications providers and 3,750 consumers across Western and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
